A comprehensive consultation will get you started. Your fitness level will be evaluated, you express your goals and together we formulate a plan that is specific for you & makes sense. Whether it’s weight loss, build muscle, increase stamina and endurance or you are an athlete looking to level-up your performance, we have the staff and experience to make your body (lab) work for you. All this are included in a small investment of $75 fee which you can apply to your training package of choice.
